We were relocating to the area from about an hour and a half away and Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to share what she knew about the area and had many contacts for everything we needed - appraisals, contractors, water testing, and more. I had our 3 year old and newborn in tow and she helpful with them during showings and never made it feel like a bother. With having to travel back and forth for showings, she was extremely accommodating while working around our schedules.
